While we cater to different levels of madness, we offer full body classes or classes targeting
the upper or lower body. Rest assured that in every MAD class, you’ll experience a challenging workout that combines core, endurance, cardio, balance, strength and flexibility training for unparalleled results.
In a class of maximum 12 students, our instructors are able to give you a very personal experience, making sure your form is correct and that you are comfortable on your machine.
This intro to Lagree full body workout is ideal for beginners on the Megaformer. The purpose of the class is to introduce the machine, the method and the basic moves.
This signature full body Lagree class is a 50 minute strengthening, high intensity, low impact workout that will make you shake and tone all your muscles. Work on your core, balance, muscle growth and mind-body connection that will leave you energised.
Reformer pilates with a twist! A 50 minute dynamic pilates class that is both low intensity and low impact, well suited for those suffering from injuries or those simply wanting to tone and stretch on the Megaformer.
This is a full blast 50 minute workout with a focus on your upper body and core. Similar to the Classic Lagree class, it is high intensity and low impact and will tone and strengthen your shoulders, chest, back, arms and abs.
This is a full blast 50 minute workout with a focus on your lower body and core. Similar to the Classic Lagree class, it is high intensity and low impact and will tone and strengthen your legs, booty and abs.
This is a full body 50 minute workout that will leave you shaking and burning! It is an advanced version of the Classic Lagree class using heavier spring load, longer duration in each move with quick transitions.
