With a background in psychology and a lover of movement, Sarah has a deep rooted mind-body approach to fitness. Being a perfectionist by nature, expect seamless sequencing in her classes, dynamic flows working in all planes of movement, and an always encouraging attitude to push you that little bit further than you thought capable.

Both a Physiotherapist and instructor, Hannah brings energy, enthusiasm and laughs to her classes. She is adept at injury prevention and adopts a very hands-on approach to ensure clients’ safety. You will leave her classes feeling empowered, strong and with a fresh mindset to smash your day!

Amalia moved from LA and brought with her a passion for Lagree to which she credits for helping her develop her strength, flexibility, endurance and mind/body connection. Now she is simply overjoyed to share her love for the workout with her clients!

Nour has 10 years of experience in the wellness industry. She is dedicated to cultivating excellence in our instructors, empowering & mentoring them to deliver a consistently outstanding & distinctive service. She is also continuously nurturing the sense of community at MAD.

Fiona, a former ballet and contemporary dancer, now a seasoned Lagree instructor is committed to promoting health & wellness through movement. With a background in Sport Science, she focuses on form and technique & aims for you to leave feeling better than when you arrived.

Former West End performer turned choreographer, Jaye believes in balancing fitness goals with sustainability & aims for herself & others to train mindfully for continued strength, mobility & stamina. In her class, expect a fun combination of specificity, physical challenge and bad jokes just when you need them.

René has always been involved in fitness as a qualified PT, Boxing, Strength, and Lagree instructor, her greatest goal is to build her clients’ strength and awareness on how to move well; focusing on technique and educating for all abilities.
