PBB SIGNATURE BARRE

The original repertoire of the PBB Method- Despite being a low impact workout it’s dynamic, fun, and high energy (yet low impact). This is an upbeat sequence which flows. Yielding incredible results, drawing elements from Pilates, yoga and ballet barre conditioning. The PBB Signature gets into the deeper stabilising muscles, as well as the peripheral (global) muscles, working them to the limit giving you a tight, chiselled, sculpted body. After just three or four sessions, you can expect to feel the difference, after 10 sessions you’ll see the difference after 20 sessions you’ll feel incredibly strong and aligned. Expect amazing posture, a booty lift like no other and strengthened to the core.

PBB BARRE BURN class

PBB BARRE BURN

This class is for the barre lovers that want a bit of extra spice! We have jacked the class up with a super high energy, cardio infused barre workout. With an upbeat flowing sequence, you will be challenged with progressive overload using weights and a flexible thigh band. Expect to get your sweat on You will also see elements of Dynamic Pilates, yoga and body weight training infused. This class has been notoriously known for the “burn factor” burning up to 700 calories. Expect a strong, lean physique with the posture of a ballerina! Experience the famous PBB Burn.

PBB SCULPT & ALIGN class

PBB SCULPT & ALIGN

PBB SculptandAlign fuses contemporary Pilates with the traditional repertoire. PBB has added an extra twist by infusing floor barre into the routines! We use small Pilates apparatus, resistance bands and ankle weights so you can add load to the muscles making the workout spicy! This flowing sequence will give you all the benefits of mat Pilates but with an extra dimension with progressive overload on the muscles to challenge you. You will leave feeling stretched, worked deep to the core and did we mention it gives you a derrière like no other!

PBB BURN & SCULPT class

PBB BURN & SCULPT

PBB Burn and Sculpt is a workout that targets the whole body. This class is like the traditional PBB Burn class, but with the added challenge of being done entirely on a mat with ankle weights. We'll work on improving your balance, technique, and posture and incorporate Pilates balls and resistance thigh bands for muscle sculpting. The added cardio segments ensure you get the heart pumping for effective cardiovascular conditioning. We give the option of high or low impact, so you have a choice!. You'll leave feeling challenged, sweaty and energised.
