Lagree Starter

This intro to Lagree full body workout is ideal for beginners on the Megaformer. The purpose of the class is to introduce the machine, the method and the basic moves.

If you’re new to Lagree, we recommend at least 3 starter classes before moving on to Classic Lagree which is higher in intensity.

Lagree Classic

This signature full body Lagree class is a 50 minute strengthening, high intensity, low impact workout that will make you shake and tone all your muscles. Work on your core, balance, muscle growth and mind-body connection that will leave you energised.

A minimum of 3 Lagree starters are recommended for those who are new to Lagree.
friday madness class

Friday Madness

Ending the week with a full blast workout in the dark with strobe lights, loud music and exhilarating energy! Based on the Classic Lagree class, Friday Madness is just a shift in the flow of the class and the energy of the studio, welcoming the weekend with a burn!

A minimum of 3 Lagree starters are recommended for those who are new to Lagree.
lagree arms and abs class

Lagree Arms & Abs

This is a full blast 50 minute workout with a focus on your upper body and core. Similar to the Classic Lagree class, it is high intensity and low impact and will tone and strengthen your shoulders, chest, back, arms and abs.

A minimum of 3 Lagree starters are recommended for those who are new to Lagree.
lagree legs and booty class

Lagree Legs & Booty

This is a full blast 50 minute workout with a focus on your lower body and core. Similar to the Classic Lagree class, it is high intensity and low impact and will tone and strengthen your legs, booty and abs.

A minimum of 3 Lagree starters are recommended for those who are new to Lagree.
lagree athletes class

Lagree Athletes

This is a full body 50 minute workout that will leave you shaking and burning! It is an advanced version of the Classic Lagree class using heavier spring load, longer duration in each move with quick transitions.

A minimum of 15 Lagree classics are recommended before you try this class.

Schedule
